Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I easily accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days after delivery

Return items within: 30 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations

But do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
digital downloads
Promotional items

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

Regarding the information collected:
To process your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorized WIX to send me), including your name, email, postal address, payment details, as well as a description of the product you are ordering. You can also decide to communicate certain additional personal information to me (for a personalized order for example), by contacting me directly.
